To achieve undisputed market leadership in digital business across Asia Pacific and the Greater Bay Area through inorganic growth, Deloitte China (Deloitte) is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to acquire the digital business of Introv Limited (Introv).
Introv is a leading Hong Kong-based boutique consultancy specializing in the customer relationship management (CRM), data management platforms and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementation. It will remain a separate, independent firm operating its ERP business on completion of the acquisition and will exit its digital offerings.

The Introv team will bring with them an extensive client base in the retail consumer products and financial services industry, enabling Deloitte to capture even more opportunities in the digital transformation trend.
