2022年3月,深圳市第二人民医院李维平团队联合中国科学院大学化学工程学院魏炜团队共同发表题为“Exploration and functionalization of M1-macrophage extracellular vesicles for effective accumulation in glioblastoma and strong synergistic therapeutic effects”于Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy期刊(IF:18.19)。 研究人员利用全自动Digital Western检测M1巨噬细胞和M1EV中CD9、CD81、ALIX、TSG101、iNOS、F4/80和GAPDH的蛋白水平(如上图b所示)。

2021年来自中科院过程所魏炜团队,联合上海交大医学院附属同仁医院等多家单位,共同发表题为“In situ growth of nano-antioxidants on cellular vesicles for efficient reactive oxygen species elimination in acute inflammatory diseases”于Nano Today 期刊(IF:20.72)。研究人员利用全自动Digital Western检测外泌体 Marker(CD9)、外泌体和红细胞Marker(TSG101、HSP70)以及MSC生长因子(HGF)(如上图c所示),每个样品仅需3μL。
